1 can cream of celery soup
1 pt. sour cream
1tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup melted butter
1 to 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
TOPPING:
1/4 cup melted butter
2 cups crushed corn flake crumbs
- Combine all ingredients except corn flake crumbs and 1/4 cup of melted butter.
- Put in 9x13 pan.
- Crush corn flakes with rolling pin
- Mix crushed corn flakes with 1/4 cup melted butter; sprinkle on top of casserole.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, uncovered.
